Girl Portrait in Photoshop

Girl Portrait Photoshop
This was practice piece for the bloodsports challenge.  Done in Photoshop in about 2 hours from a photo reference.
I suck at these.  It takes me a while to resolve features.  The most successful approach so far has been to paint in masses and then refine the placement of features. It can be very ugly for a long time.
