Could not resist adding a little bit of motion to this.  It was my first time working with the animation part of Photoshop.  Its a bit clumsy but was just checking out what was possible.  The final still image is here.

I took some time with this. It started off as a quick painting then developed. The mule/goat I completed very quickly then struggled with the guy for a while. This was fun to do and I did spend some time fooling around with stuff. My favorite bit is still that goat with attitude.

A speedpaint of a foot of  2 hours effort.  Most of that was tickling those toes.  I don't think i nailed it but it was a sole effort.  The stock was from hannah-boaden  here

I did this photograph study to help with an image I am working on.  Did not labour to make an exact copy. The photo is from the library of congress collection which has some amazing and sometimes unexpected collections of images. Do you think this guy had heard recorded music before?
